STORY:

The story revolves around four spirited girls who embark on a weekend trip to Nagarjuna Sagar in search of fun and adventure. They book a private guest house and, as the sun sets, they indulge in the pleasures of the swimming pool. The arrival of a young boy working at the guest house adds an intriguing element to their escapades. The boy obliges their requests for drinks, cigars, and hookah, setting the stage for an eventful night.

However, the morning brings about a shocking turn of events. The girls wake up to find the boy unconscious in their midst, triggering panic and prompting them to hastily flee the guest house. In their rush to escape, they become involved in a reckless car accident, leaving an injured individual behind. A conscientious witness reports the incident to the police, leading to an investigation spearheaded by CI Prabhakar and SI Vijay.

As the mystery unfolds, the movie skillfully weaves together multiple plotlines. SI Vijay tends to the injured person at the hospital while CI Prabhakar relentlessly pursues the truth behind the girls’ actions. Meanwhile, the girls find themselves detained by the police, unaware that their mothers have received a distressing call claiming their daughters’ kidnapping. The mothers, in a desperate bid to secure their daughters’ release, gather a significant ransom amount, but a change of heart drives them to seek police intervention.

The convergence of these narratives results in a nail-biting climax that unveils the events that transpired during the fateful weekend party. The movie keeps viewers on the edge of their seats, raising questions about the unconscious boy, the truth behind the accident, and the wellbeing of the girls.

ARTIST’S PERFORMANCE:

The performances in “Weekend Party” are commendable. ‘Baahubali’ Prabhakar shines in the lead role as CI Prabhakar, delivering a strong and convincing portrayal. Geeta Singh impresses as Lady Constable Shobha, while Guntur Vijay’s performance as SI Vijay is notable for its authenticity. The four girls, played by Geetika, Siri Staji, Ramya, and Ramya Raj, bring energy and enthusiasm to their roles as B.Tech students. The supporting cast, including Srimani, Jayanaidu, Ramani Siddhi, and Lalitharaj, also deliver noteworthy performances.

TECHNICAL VALUES:
