Hyderabad, April 10: A special free health camp for Hajj pilgrims has been organized by Mina Super Speciality Hospital to ensure the health and safety of pilgrims preparing for the sacred journey. The camp was inaugurated by Telangana Minorities Finance Corporation (TGMFC) Chairman Obaidullah Kotwal.
The two-day camp, being held on April 10 and 11, provides free general health check-ups, specialized medical tests, and distribution of medical kits to registered Hajj pilgrims. Organizers emphasized that conducting preventive medical screening before undertaking the Hajj pilgrimage is essential for ensuring a safe and comfortable journey.
Speaking on the occasion, TGMFC Chairman Obaidullah Kotwal appreciated the services rendered by Mina Hospital, noting that it had played a significant role even during the COVID-19 pandemic. He stated that the hospital has earned a good reputation for providing quality and affordable healthcare services not only to minorities but to people from all sections of society. He also praised the initiative of offering free medical check-ups and kits to Hajj pilgrims.
He further highlighted that Mina Super Speciality Hospital is equipped with modern facilities and provides efficient services across departments such as General Medicine, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Gynecology, Maternity Care, Emergency Services, Trauma Care, and ICU.
Under the leadership of Hospital Chairman Hidayatullah Khan, the institution continues to offer accessible and improved treatment services. Doctors including Dr. Hidayatullah Khan and Dr. Basith Hussain (Ophthalmology), Dr. Soheba Shukur (Gynecology), and Dr. Jawad (General Medicine) are actively contributing their services as part of the initiative.
