Jeddah: The Indian Doctors Forum (IDMF) has once again stepped forward with compassion to serve the Indian community through a meaningful humanitarian initiative. Dedicated to service as its core mission, IDMF is organizing a special Dental Health Camp under the banner of the “School Health Awareness Camp” from January 11 to 15.
The primary objective of this initiative is to protect and nurture the bright smiles of Indian students in Jeddah. With a compassionate team of 25 experienced doctors, the camp focuses not only on treatment but also on creating awareness about the importance of dental and oral health. Witnessing doctors selflessly dedicating their time, knowledge, and care for the well-being of children and the community is truly heart-touching.
Inspired by the encouragement of Fahad Ahmed Khan Suri, the Honorable Consul General of India, this dental camp is being conducted under the auspices of the Indian Consulate Jeddah and aligned with the vision of the Fit India Movement. The program offers students an excellent opportunity to receive expert dental consultations and identify oral health issues at an early stage.
As part of the preparations, doctors have already provided online training sessions for teachers, ensuring smooth coordination and effective implementation of the camp. The ongoing dental health mission is proving to be highly beneficial, inspiring, and confidence-boosting for every participating student.
Approximately 6,000 students are expected to benefit from this initiative through free consultations, basic dental check-ups, and valuable guidance on maintaining healthy teeth and gums. With the positive support of the Indian Consulate, IDMF continues to maintain close ties with the community while consistently delivering exemplary healthcare services.
