Akhil and Tejaswini star as the lead pair in Raju Weds Rambai, a powerful emotional love story presented by ETV Win Originals Production. The film is produced by Venu Udugula and Rahul Mopidevi under the Dolamukhi Subaltern Films and Monsoon Tales banners, with Dr. Nageswara Rao Pujari presenting it. Directed by Sailu Kompati, the film is set for a grand theatrical release on November 21, through Vamsi Nandipati Entertainments and Bunny Vaas Works. The release date announcement event was held in Hyderabad with great enthusiasm.

Producer Venu Udugula said:
“The story of Raju Weds Rambai is inspired by a real-life incident that took place between Khammam and Warangal. It’s a love story filled with emotion and tragedy — an incident that happened in that very village and was buried there. Director Sailu transformed that real event into an engaging, mass-appeal story that moved me the moment I heard it.

I became a producer only because of ETV Win’s support. The film releases on November 21, and I’m confident it will become one of those unforgettable Telugu films — like 7G Brindavan Colony, Premisthe, RX 100, and Baby. I’m also planning my next directorial under UV Creations, for which pre-production is already underway.”

Producer Bunny Vaas shared:
“I watched Raju Weds Rambai and it deeply touched my heart. The story, though based on real-life incidents, feels so cinematic. If it were fiction, we’d still marvel at the director’s imagination.

Audiences will leave the theatres with an emotional experience. Akhil did an excellent job as Raju, while Tejaswini — a Telugu girl — impressed with her screen presence and performance. Chaitanya, brother of actor Siddu Jonnalagadda, played a strong role that will earn him recognition as an actor. I wish Vamsi Nandipati and ETV Win great success with this film.”

Actor Chaitanya Jonnalagadda remarked:
“Raju Weds Rambai is a true Telangana story. It authentically portrays the culture, lifestyle, and emotions of Telangana people. The film is a perfect blend of emotion and entertainment, and I’m happy to have played an important role in it.”

Director Sailu Kompati expressed:
“As a kid, I used to watch TV through neighbors’ windows because we didn’t have one at home. Today, my film is reaching the audience through the same TV production house — ETV Win.

I’ve been carrying this story since 2016. After narrating it once to Venu Udugula garu, he immediately said, ‘Let’s make this film, brother.’ When we approached ETV Win, they too loved the story, and that’s how Raju Weds Rambai took off.

Sai Krishna and Nithin supported me like brothers, while Venu anna stood by me like a pillar. Composer Suresh Bobbili’s music has elevated the film to another level.”

Music Director Suresh Bobbili said:
“I thank Venu Udugula garu, ETV Win, and director Sailu for trusting me with such a beautiful story. I’ll speak in detail during the pre-release event, but I request everyone to support our team and this heartfelt film.”

Actress Tejaswini shared:
“I play the role of Rambai in Raju Weds Rambai, a character very close to my heart. The story and the emotions moved me deeply. I believe audiences will connect with it just as I did. I sincerely thank ETV Win, director Sailu, and producer Venu garu for this wonderful opportunity.”

Actor Akhil said:
“I’ve always been passionate about cinema. After working as an anchor, I’m thrilled to now make my debut as a hero. Director Sailu shares the same passion for movies as I do. My heartfelt thanks to Venu garu and ETV Win for introducing me as a lead. Please watch our film Raju Weds Rambai on November 21 — you’ll definitely love it.”

ETV Win’s Nithin stated:
“This film is based on a true incident from our region — one that surprisingly few people know about. After Raju Weds Rambai releases, everyone will be talking about it. There’s a reason we’re promoting it as ‘The Greatest Love Story’ — once you watch it, you’ll understand.

Some films stay in your heart forever — like 7G Brindavan Colony, Premisthe, Ghajini, and Baby. Raju Weds Rambai will join that list.”

ETV Win’s Sai Krishna added:
“We truly believe Raju Weds Rambai is one of the greatest love stories ever told — and audiences will judge that for themselves. Rahul and Tanmay have been the backbone of this project. Huge thanks to Vamsi Nandipati and Bunny Vaas for supporting good cinema, irrespective of budget or scale.”

Producer Vamsi Nandipati concluded:
“After Little Hearts, this is the next project we’re proudly releasing. You’ve heard the sound today — expect even more energy on November 21 when Raju Weds Rambai hits theatres. The entire cast and crew have done phenomenal work. I’m sure the Telugu film industry will remember many of them after this film.

I request everyone to watch Raju Weds Rambai in theatres and experience this emotional love story.”
