Hyderabad: The Global Telangana Association (GTA) successfully hosted the spectacular ‘GTA Mega Convention 2025’ with the noble mission of bringing together Telangana people from across the globe on one grand platform. The two-day event was organized at Akshaya Convention, Finance District – Gandipet Mandal, and witnessed a vibrant lineup of programs.
The event saw the presence of several distinguished spiritual and political leaders including Tridandi Chinna Jeeyar Swami, Hampi Peethadhipathi Sri Sri Sri Virupaksha Vidyaranya Bharati Swami, Union Minister Kishan Reddy, Telangana Minister Vivek Venkatswamy, MLC Balmuri Venkat, MP Chamala Kiran Kumar Reddy, former ministers and MLAs Mallareddy, Jagadishwar Reddy, MLAs Katipally Venkata Ramana Reddy, Paid Rakesh Reddy, Palvai Harish Babu, former minister Srinivas Goud, Peddireddy, former MLAs Rasamayi Balakishan, Guvvala Balaraju, Bollam Malliah Yadav, among several other dignitaries and prominent public figures.
Speaking on the occasion, GTA Founder & Global Chairman Alumalla Mallareddy stated that the convention is not merely an event but “a historic movement connecting the intelligence, resources, and network power of Non-Resident Telanganites for the future of Telangana.” Around 30 countries participated, with thousands of delegates attending from overseas, making it a global-scale celebration.
Key leaders who contributed to the successful conduct of this event includeGTA Founder and Global Chairman Alumalla Mallareddy, India President Srinivas Reddy Paduri, President-Elect Kankanala Abhishek Reddy, Advisory Chair Pratap Reddy Pendyala, Co-founder Shravan Reddy Paduru, Washington President Ramu Mundrati, and others played key roles in GTA and contributed to the success of these events..District-wise GTA chapters were officially launched during the event, and the respective district executive committees were introduced on stage.
The celebration featured cultural performances with over 100 artists showcasing Telangana’s rich folk and classical traditions. Mittapalli Surender, Rasamayi Balakishan, and Mangli delivered live musical performances, while Mohana Bhogaraju captivated the crowd with a special act. AHA Indian Idol Grand Entertainment Show added extra glamour to the evening.
Special sessions were held on Real Estate, Startups, NRI Legal Affairs, and Healthcare Innovations. Under the theme “Telangana Rising 2047,” in-depth panel discussions were conducted on state development, global partnerships, and attracting investments.
Lifetime Achievement Awards, the induction ceremony of new GTA leadership, and a grand live concert marked the conclusion of the convention. Organizers said the primary objective of this mega gathering was to bring global Telangana children together on one powerful platform.
