He stated that he intends to resign from his government position and enter public life with the primary objective of addressing the concerns of graduates, unemployed youth and government employees.

Speaking at a press conference in Hyderabad, Srinivas Goud said his main priorities would be to improve employment opportunities for unemployed youth, resolve the issues faced by government employees and work towards protecting the interests of graduates. He said he would pursue a comprehensive action plan focusing on employment, education and employee welfare.

Comprehensive Plan for Job Recruitment
Srinivas Goud stressed the need for a structured job calendar to fill vacancies across government departments. He said recruitment notifications, examinations and results should be announced and completed transparently within stipulated timelines.
He also highlighted the importance of establishing libraries and study centres for competitive examination aspirants, along with providing career guidance and access to digital learning resources.

Emphasising the need to prepare graduates for the evolving job market, he called for specialised training in modern technology, digital skills and communication. He said efforts would be made to promote industry-oriented skill development programmes and expand employment opportunities for local graduates in the private sector.

Priority to Government Employees’ Issues
Srinivas Goud said resolving the service-related issues of government employees would be among his key priorities. He pledged to raise issues concerning the Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS), promotions, transfers and pending dues.
He also emphasised the need to address salary-related concerns and job security issues affecting contract and outsourcing employees, assuring that he would work towards finding solutions to their problems.
Focus on Education and Women’s Empowerment

Highlighting the importance of strengthening the education sector, Srinivas Goud said government educational institutions needed better infrastructure, laboratories and libraries. He also stressed the timely release of fee reimbursement and scholarship funds to ensure that students could continue their education without financial difficulties.

He said special information and training centres should be established to provide students from rural areas with equal opportunities in higher education and competitive examinations.

Women’s empowerment would also form an important part of his agenda. He proposed initiatives to improve safety, promote self-employment and provide specialised training for women graduates. He also highlighted the need to support women seeking to return to their careers after a break.

In addition, he stressed the importance of creating employment opportunities for rural youth through agriculture-based industries.
Accessible Leadership for Graduates
Srinivas Goud said he was considering the establishment of a dedicated platform through which graduates across the constituency could directly communicate their grievances and seek assistance.
He stated that his decision to enter public life was driven by his commitment to the welfare of graduates, unemployed youth and government employees.

Appealing to graduates to support his candidature, Srinivas Goud sought an opportunity to serve them as a Member of the Legislative Council and work towards addressing their concerns.
