Hyderabad (MediaBoss Network): A new outlet of the popular food brand Ellipaya Karam was grandly inaugurated in Gachibowli by Member of Parliament Etela Rajender and MLA Arekapudi Gandhi.
The launch event, held near Yellow Sapphire Hotels in Gachibowli, witnessed the presence of several political leaders and film personalities. Actress K. Sudha, actors Madhu Damaraju, Mahesh Achanta, Shafi, and director Karthik Dandu, among others, attended the event and enjoyed the traditional delicacies.
Speaking on the occasion, Etela Rajender appreciated the initiative of bringing traditional and healthy “Ellipaya Karam” flavors to city residents and congratulated the management for expanding their brand with a new branch in Gachibowli.
MLA Arekapudi Gandhi stated that introducing authentic rural flavors in an IT hub like Gachibowli is commendable. He emphasized the health benefits of such traditional food and appreciated the organizers for generating employment through the venture.
Founder Ganga Viraj Kota and Co-founder Sai Sri revealed that the newly opened outlet offers a mix of traditional and modern-style dishes. Their aim is to bring authentic Telugu flavors closer to people in a fast-food format. The outlet, launched under Siddhi Vinayaka Food & Beverage Company, serves a variety of dishes including Ellipaya Karam chicken fry, prawns ghee roast, and biryani.
The management also highlighted their commitment to hygiene and quality, along with plans to offer catering services for various events.
Guests at the event expressed confidence that the Ellipaya Karam brand will expand further and continue to provide high-quality, flavorful food to both youth and families.
With celebrity presence and enthusiastic participation from locals, the grand opening created a festive atmosphere in Gachibowli, offering food lovers in the area yet another exciting dining option.
