Hyderabad (MediaBoss Network): The 105th birth anniversary of Dr. Sahitya Samrat Annabhau Sathe was celebrated with great fervor at Osmania University, under the auspices of the Mang Samaj Telangana State Association. The event commenced with floral tributes to the portrait of Annabhau Sathe by prominent guests and community members.
Dr. Jampala Rajesh, State President of TSF, who attended as the chief guest, stated,
“Without even attending formal school, like Ekalavya, Annabhau Sathe gained knowledge through dedication and self-learning. He rose to become a globally renowned poet and writer. He is an inspiration for today’s youth. Students of Osmania University should take initiative in studying and promoting his literary contributions.”
Mang Samaj State President Gayakwad Tulasi Das Mang and State General Secretary Kamble Shankar Mang demanded the government to take the following measures:

Immediate issuance of caste certificates to the Mang community through the Tahsildar offices.

Establishment of a dedicated Mang Community Corporation for the development of backward Mang society.

Allocation of special seats in Gurukul residential schools for Mang students.

Provision of all agriculture-related benefits to Mang farmers residing in agency areas based on old pahani (land) documents.
