Hyderabad (MediaBoss Network): A free breast cancer screening camp was successfully conducted in Gopanapalli Thanda, bringing crucial preventive healthcare services to 100 women from the local community.
The initiative was spearheaded by social enthusiast Sridhan Raju Indukuri in collaboration with AIG Hospitals and Granules India, with a strong emphasis on early detection, awareness, and accessibility.
Women from diverse age groups came forward to participate, encouraged by the friendly, well-organized environment. “It was heartening to witness so many women taking a proactive step toward their health,” said Sridhan Indukuri, who played a key role in organizing and participating in the event. “Listening to their personal stories and concerns was a truly humbling experience.”
The camp received vital support from Dr. Pragnya Chigurupati, whose continued leadership in community health initiatives has been instrumental in promoting women’s wellness in underserved regions.
Organizers expressed hope that such health camps will pave the way for sustained awareness and improved access to preventive care in rural and tribal areas.
