Merger of Global Business Television (GBTV) and Times Television

We are honored to announce the merger of Global Business Television (GBTV) and Times Television, forming the new Global Times Television (GTTV). The merger means that GTTV will assume any and all responsibilities of GBTV and will continue to honor any and all agreements signed by GBTV. It will receive all the support, resources and experience from GBTV and will continue producing in-depth thematic documentaries world-wide.

GTTV signs a Memorandum of Understanding with the Federation of the GCC Chambers of Commerce on April 2nd, 2008 to produce a 60 minute documentary on the GCC with coverage over 60 countries WORLDWIDE.
